This just may work. I use it for other things. Good luck.
I prefer the program foobar2000. It can play and convert most any audio format. Very intuitive and no need to wait for an online server to convert them for you.
Audacity! OSS FTW! Simply load the track and export as .WAV

I recommend Audacity or if you are prepared to use a demo or pay for software Switch, which is just awesome. Both work on OSX or Windows.
May I ask why you want to do this? I am pretty sure an MP3 file will be smaller than a WAV.
