Ok, a few things:
Until a certain point in time, I stopped being able to use/play Mp3 files. I don't know what happened, but some programs/applications/games I have, stop working because they can't play an mp3 file, or can't open them.
- I have a fast and reliable computer.
- I have always been able to play Mp3s with any program, until now.
- I think this is a universal problem and so doesn't depend on what program is involved.
What is strange: I can play/use the Mp3 files manually, with most of the recommended programs, for example if I double click any Mp3 it will play. But they fail to work when another program is required to automatically open/run them - Eg Morrowind stops running because it can't play the title-mp3 file, which I can run outside the game. Like I said, these used to be working no matter what.
Could it be iTunes? DirectX 9 detected no problems.
These files involved in the errors have not been modified, so perhaps it is how they are run which is the problem.
Anybody!?
