Like I've said before, its definitely not impossible to WILD before sleep, but most likely it going to be a struggle. If you get uncomfortable during a WBTB WILD...just roll over to a new position and keep going...if you get uncomfortable again, go ahead and role over again. You don't HAVE to remain completely still, that is just the usual method. All you have to do is fall asleep...often times you will hit SP immediately after you roll over to a comfortable position (in my experience). I roll over every 5-10 minutes during my WILD process. Remember, there are zero requirements when it comes to lucid dreaming, aside from falling asleep. All these techniques and methods are just that....techniques and methods. None of them are 100% and none of them work for everyone. Just keep experimenting with your WILD process and you will find something that works for you...good luck!
