always stuck
Hello,
I am a natural WILDer. I some how have been skipping all the SP and stuff and just going into the dream. My problem is with most of my WILDs I have had this morning and in the past I seem to not be able to move once I know I am in the dream and not awake any more. Every little movement I make is a huge struggle. It kind of feels like I am in SP but I know I am not because I am already dreaming.
I do not get the feeling I am being tied down or anything. I just can not move no matter how hard I try to force my self. Most times I have found if I try to force my self to move too much I just wake. So this morning I deiced to just lay there and let the dream fall around me (as I call it) But even this did not work.
Has anyone else had this problem? And how did you solve it?
Thanks for the help and the time in reading this.
Take Care,
D.G. :jester:

Sorry it took so long to answer your post. I must have accidentally glanced over it a few times. What you need to do first is stabilize. First try to appeal to each of your senses. Smell the air around you (does it smell familiar?), listen to the sounds of your dream (can you hear anything around you?), take a big inhale and taste that dream air (see if you can taste anything in the air), feel and notice the temperature around you (is it hot, cold?), and take a good look at your environment (what do you see?). Once you have answers to these questions you should be free to move. What this does is help establish yourself in the dream world. Even if you know it is a dream, this will allow the entire lucid experience to engulf you. If the dream scene is blurry/not very vivid you can now try rubbing your eyes, rubbing your hands together, feeling some dream textures, etc. Good luck to you!
