I'd say it's actually pretty simple, as long as your focused.
Wake up naturally in the morning. Make it your intention to NOT move a muscle. You can not have any voluntary movement. Maybe a quick shift for comfort, but that'll most likely delay the process. Don't move, and stay focused. RELAX. RELAX. RELAX. That is so important. Feel yourself sink into the bed. The hard part isn't necessarily entering sleep paralysis, it's not falling asleep. Stay alert mentally, don't wander off or you'll probably fall asleep.
