Hello, Help please!
I have been trying to WILD for about 4 weeks now, It's always the same when I try.
I lie down and stay still for over 40 minutes and I feel my arms and legs go numb. I feel very comfortable. After that my torso gets really warm and I start swetting because of the heat, After that I move and fail to WILD :(
I've read that I am supose to lie still until I get the urge to move... but I just get very warm and I dont think that is the urge i am supose to wait for :(
PS, I have never had a Lucid dream before.

Are you a new pracctioner?
Well many new members on this forum rush to WILD...
Sure WILD is tempting to try because it's a technique where you go from the awake state to the dream instantly, but it's too hard for the most beginners!
Many ignore this and continue anyway, and when they don't see results for sometime they stop pracctise lucid dreaming or ask what they do wrong on the forum.
Dreamviews is meant to help people find the best way to get lucid.
And I can just say that during my one year of membership the best method is found in this thread: http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/how-ha...t-wild-106427/
Yeah I know the title say it is a WILD, but it is an easier way of wilding, DEILDING.
This free ebook book have a more described way on how to do it.
Hope that helped you =)
Chris.
But I actually recommend you to just have a lucid dream just to get familiair with the feeling.
And lucky for you all you have to do to have a lucid dream for the first time is to just read about lucid dreaming and different techniques and one night you will have one automatically =)
But when you have had your first you will not get it that easily though, or maybe because it's individual, but I don't get it without putting effort to it.
Good luck! And ask the nice members here if you wonder something else ; )

Thank you!
I have been trying to lucid dream for over 2 months now and I've been trying to WILD the last four weeks :).... I guess I am a slow learner x)
I'll check out that link, thank you!

Your welcome =)
You are not a slow learner it's just a proof that WILD isn't suitable for beginners.
Yeah read the book =) and if you have any questions about the method you can just make a reply in that thread and I will answer it.
