I have been trying to WILD for about 4 weeks now, It's always the same when I try.

I lie down and stay still for over 40 minutes and I feel my arms and legs go numb. I feel very comfortable. After that my torso gets really warm and I start swetting because of the heat, After that I move and fail to WILD

I've read that I am supose to lie still until I get the urge to move... but I just get very warm and I dont think that is the urge i am supose to wait for

PS, I have never had a Lucid dream before.
