Binaural beats did somewhat help
I was listening to them for 20 minutes. I found a file which gradually goes from 25 Hz to 4Hz. From around the 20 Hz moment to the 10 Hz moment I felt vibrations (it felt like the world was wobbling/spinning back and forth). That was the longest time I have ever experienced the vibrations of sleep paralysis. However, I did not experience hypnogogia, or paralysis (I did not feel paralyzed, at least), nor did I fall asleep (which was my current primary goal - to see if I can fall asleep quickly using binaural beats).
So I am happy that I finally experienced something, but it did not help with my insomnia. I did feel more relaxed, but I also feel more awake. I am going to wake up early today and tomorrow, so I will not be doing a WBTB on these days. I'll try entering SP again on my thursday WBTB.
Any help would be appreciated.
