So I'm trying to see which WILD methods work best for me...
...and I don't know where to start first.
I know that I need to stop posting and just do it. But, I really don't know where to begin. Like...
Should I start off trying to find my best time to WILD/stay up for WBTB first?
How do I know when I have found it?
And..
What methods should I try and how many times for each (How many nights should I attempt each method)? (counting breaths, focusing on breathing etc.)
I don't know where to begin. I've kinda got my good WBTB hours down.. I think it's somewhere between 5 and 6 1/2 hours. I usually just go to the bathroom and get a drink of water.
