WILD Assistance Needed!
Alright, basically my plan for Lucid Dream is this.
(1. Doing WILD attempts during free time in the day.
(2. Doing a MILD into a DEILD or WBTB.
My problem is during the WILD attempts the farthest I got with visualization and feeling is spinning and seeing slightly dull colors.
I have a feeling that my breathing may be effecting it because when I breathe sometimes a body part will move slightly.
Sleep Paralysis/ REM Atonia has only happened to me three times and it dissappated rather fast.
So can someone please assist me with Sleep Paralysis, I need to do this.

You don't need sleep paralysis to get into a dream. I for one have never felt/noticed SP, but I WILD and DEILD just fine. Try not to pay attention to your body too much. #1 is hard for me to do, because I can never relax enough or sleep long enough to WILD/DEILD. #2 is pretty much my preferred method of getting an amazing string of LDs. I'll wake up in the night, not really move much, fall asleep and either WILD, MILD, or DILD. Then when I wake up from that I can create a chain of DEILDs for hours. Good luck :)
