Why is WILD letting me down?
Started Lucid Dreaming, or at least trying to, 2 months ago. Overall only had one successful Lucid Dream which was not a full one because I knew I was dreaming, but couldn't do anything about it. Anyways onto the topic now. I have been trying to attain lucidity using the WILD method. Everyday before I go to bed I think about lucid dreaming and then when I lie down I do not move at all and let my mind take over while I think about the dreams I am going to have. It never works out. I've tried drinking like milk and or eating some fruit before I go to sleep, which apparently helps out. However no results.
What am I doing wrong here?
