help and what did i experience and any tips on what i should do next

well i woke up at around 9 then decided to attempt a wild so i layed in my most comfortable position until i felt very sleepy then i switched to my back and started deep breathing followed by counting down from 100 well around 60 or so my legs began to feel very numb slowly making its way up my body first my left hand then my right hand stopping there i could still move my body but it was very hard to then it felt like i was sort of sinking then really everything stayed the same so i just gave up and rolled over. any tips on what i experienced and what i could do next time to have my 1st ld would be much appreciated (:

After the sinking stopped (one of the sensations you can experience when falling asleep), you were quite possibly in a lucid dream. Next time try to RC when anything strange that's happening suddenly stops.
To do that, practice RCs plus awareness during day. Good luck:alien:

Sorry but this really confuses me: "next time try to RC when anything strange that's happening suddenly stops"

How can I try to RC without ruining the whole process? How is it possible to RC when lying there motionless? I really can't grasp the concept.

yeah i was thinking the same thing but when lying there motionless you should be thinkink things but not focous to much on the act of thinking about things

ANYTIME XD HERES WHAT I DO I WAKE UP AROUND 4 OR SO AND I LIE down in my most comfortable position untill i feel really drowsy then i switch over to my back and do deep breathing and count down from 100 with each breath before you get to 1 you should start to feel the sensations of sp or if thats to much for you you could just do this method http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/%2A%2A...-%2A%2A-87710/

Ok, so many times when vibrations, fast movements or any other sensation like that stops, you may be already in a lucid dream. If you do RC, you may interrupt the process and it will set you back a few minutes, but you will get back to that point by simply continuing doing what you were doing.

But if you don't RC, you will never know, if you are already in a lucid dream. This happened to me a lot. I didn't understand, how could I be in a LD. Untill one day I told myself to hell with it, I'll just try. I stood up next to my sofa and RCd. And what do you know, I was in a LD.

Most of the time this happens, when I'm WILding and suddenly I see my room. It doesn't really scream "you are dreaming". But if you tell yourself as you are WILDing, that when you see your room you will just get up and RC, you will remember it when time comes.

You can use a 'motionless' RC, like "if this was a dream, I would levitate". If you start to lift off, you know you are dreaming. Hope this makes sense.
