After the sinking stopped (one of the sensations you can experience when falling asleep), you were quite possibly in a lucid dream. Next time try to RC when anything strange that's happening suddenly stops. |

well i woke up at around 9 then decided to attempt a wild so i layed in my most comfortable position until i felt very sleepy then i switched to my back and started deep breathing followed by counting down from 100 well around 60 or so my legs began to feel very numb slowly making its way up my body first my left hand then my right hand stopping there i could still move my body but it was very hard to then it felt like i was sort of sinking then really everything stayed the same so i just gave up and rolled over. any tips on what i experienced and what i could do next time to have my 1st ld would be much appreciated (: |

Ok, so many times when vibrations, fast movements or any other sensation like that stops, you may be already in a lucid dream. If you do RC, you may interrupt the process and it will set you back a few minutes, but you will get back to that point by simply continuing doing what you were doing. |
