I just don't get what to do... (Some insight on WILD)
I've tried practically every technique you can think of, but I've never gotten any real success when it comes to WILD or any other method. There is a really important question I want to ask to whoever can respond.
Okay, I've noticed that in order to enter a lucid dream, you have to rely completely on your mind. Let me elaborate: looking through your closed eye lids probably won't help you imagine a dream scene, you would have to imagine the whole thing without moving a muscle, because your body is supposed to be asleep during this process. Now I myself am fine with the whole relaxation thing, but I can't ever seem to get any visuals what-so-ever. I know that i can try using my other senses, but is there anything significant that I can do right at the start of sleep? You somewhat have to blackout for a split second when you enter a dream, but I think the one thing I don't ever get is SEEING OR HEARING THINGS!
Do any of you know anything helpful for audio, visual, or touch induction of lucid dreams? Heck, I'm willing to go for a trance state...but is there anything you guys can tell me that's...unorthodox?:(:(:(:(:(
