I've tried practically every technique you can think of, but I've never gotten any real success when it comes to WILD or any other method. There is a really important question I want to ask to whoever can respond.
Okay, I've noticed that in order to enter a lucid dream, you have to rely completely on your mind. Let me elaborate: looking through your closed eye lids probably won't help you imagine a dream scene, you would have to imagine the whole thing without moving a muscle, because your body is supposed to be asleep during this process. Now I myself am fine with the whole relaxation thing, but I can't ever seem to get any visuals what-so-ever. I know that i can try using my other senses, but is there anything significant that I can do right at the start of sleep? You somewhat have to blackout for a split second when you enter a dream, but I think the one thing I don't ever get is SEEING OR HEARING THINGS!
Do any of you know anything helpful for audio, visual, or touch induction of lucid dreams? Heck, I'm willing to go for a trance state...but is there anything you guys can tell me that's...unorthodox?
