2 Questions after WILDing
Hi,
In the past week I have tried WILDing a few times, 2 were in morning after sleeping 5-6 hours, and 2 were afternoon naps.
1) Most of the time I reach a point that my toes start to twitch, and today it got to the point that my legs were shaking quite aggresively, and I think they physically really were shaking because I could feel the blanket move on my belly and was quite aware of my surroundings.
These + the fact that sometimes my muscles cramp, suddenly i feel my arm very tired and i'm putting an effort to relax it and then realize it held itself a bit in the air for a couple of minutes and got tired.
also I get my eyelids opening up a bit (i'm using a sleep mask on my eyes to ease that).
All these moving things: eyelids opening, legs shaking, muscles cramping - I can actively relax them but I don't know if it's taking me back a few steps or I should just roll with them and wait more?
2) After 1 day trying to WILD twice, it really messed up my night afterwards O_O
I was having a hard time simply falling asleep because my mind was not letting go and remained consiounce like IT was trying to WILD!
When I did fall asleep I woke up at 2am and it took me about 2 hours to fall asleep again because i couldn't really sleep regularly, it's like WILDing took over me and it took an effort to just sleep.
Any comments on that?
