Guys ! i have a little problem , 3 days ago i had a lucid dream using DEILD , and now every time i woke up in the middle of the night trying to do a DEILD ( Of course With my eyes closed and not moving a single muscle ) , i can't go back to sleep and that's because of the swallowing reflex ! Anyone have a TIP for that problem ?
And the same Thing with the WILD technique i feel the heaviness but the swallowing keeps me distracted and uncomfortable !

It's an old misconception that you can't swallow or move or scratch during WILD. And DEILD is normally very fast, just a few seconds. When you DEILD, you are still more asleep than awake. If you feel the urge to swallow, you probably more awake than you should be. but even then nothing is lost, you can go for a WILD.
If you move or swallow without paying attention to it, it will not ruin your WILD attempt.

Yes !!! i think my alarm is too loud ; because my first DEILD success was a natural wake up ,

I agree with gab. DEILD/WILD is more mental than physical. So you can move, open your eyes if you accidentally do it, or swallow. As long as you don't focus on them and keep your mind in the dreaming mindset, then it can still work. Hell, even I roll over, scratch an itch and open my eyes for a few seconds during my DEILDs and that has never stopped me. :) Good luck!
