Hi there! So I have a problem to stay awake. I go to bed at 10:00 and wake up at 3:00 - 4:00 AM and I do WBTB. So I wake up for about 5 minutes and go back to bed. I usually try counting but before I know it I wake up. Any suggestions?

You mean you have trouble staying aware or awake? If you have troubles staying awake, then just get out of bed.
You mean staying aware, MsHowToMC. Attempting WILD, you're still trying to fall asleep, just with your awareness intact.
This is the purpose of the WBTB you're doing-to wake you up a bit to help maintain your awareness as you're falling asleep. If you still aren't aware enough, you just have to make your WBTB longer or more rigorous. You could also try different anchors other than counting to help you stay aware as you're falling asleep.
