Immediate WILD or WBTB?
Okay so when i go to sleep, I often attempt to wild straight away... I find my conentration is better because my mind was previously fully awake, and my body more tired because it hasn't slept a bit yet... I just find it far easier to focus immediatly once i go to bed (ie: 2200-0000 hours)
Should I continue to attempt to WBTB or should I stick with the normal routine?
I know that the "best" REM cycle is far later in the night so I am not sure which is the better benifit...
Current plan is to learn to WILD from the normal routine first, and once i can do that properly, try again at the later time, to have better quality, memory and control.

I remember once i went to bed extremely tired and just like that i tried WILDing and it worked! I don't know actually if it's bcause i'm a "natural" LDer...but it just worked perfectly...it was my first time WILDing and it was so easy that i couldn't believe it(normally i have lucid dreams almost everynight..if i don't have one it's cuz i got in my bed high or drunk lol)..but today i just cannot sleep at night though! It was a crazy experience... :(... Something(maybe the vividness or the DCs) about that dream just scared the hell outta me..dunno... To induce a dream and to get into one while you are already sleeping is totally different to me...i dunno if it's like this for everyone... Right now i just don't feel like WILDing again :(..
