i did it (sleep paralyzed)

finally I when into sleep paralyzed :banana: it was weird my body was heavy and i could not move my hands easy (which is normal) and i was hallucinating, I felt like i was flying but i was still awake how would i get into a lucid dream? any help would be great

All of your goals, I have accomplished. Although I don't find some of tose goals important, but they're your goals, don't listen to my criticism.

@OP: How did you get SP? And did you do it at night before sleep or in the morning after sleeping?

What are the basic steps you followed?

Far as I know, you should just let it carry you into the dream(one way). Just relax and watch the images passively. Eventually try and visualize yourself entering in your dream body(another way).

what i did was i got into a comfy spot streched my body (so you dont get stiff) then i closed my eyes, started to count my thoughts after ~5 to ~10 then i really could not move my hands (i could if i wanted to though) then i was hallucinating i would feel like i was floating and would see images flying then i fell asleep :sleepmeditate2:
