finally I when into sleep paralyzed it was weird my body was heavy and i could not move my hands easy (which is normal) and i was hallucinating, I felt like i was flying but i was still awake how would i get into a lucid dream? any help would be great |

Far as I know, you should just let it carry you into the dream(one way). Just relax and watch the images passively. Eventually try and visualize yourself entering in your dream body(another way). |

what i did was i got into a comfy spot streched my body (so you dont get stiff) then i closed my eyes, started to count my thoughts after ~5 to ~10 then i really could not move my hands (i could if i wanted to though) then i was hallucinating i would feel like i was floating and would see images flying then i fell asleep |
