      Musical inspiration from lucid dreams?

is it umm.. possible to ie. write a song in a lucid dream and then remember it when you wake up?
i just thought cause isnt the brain capacity higher in a lucid dream or something like that?
and in a lucid dream you might be more creative and all

Its difficult to transfer the thought from a lucid dream into waking reality, I have tried it before with painting and music, you have to 'really' listen to the music a few times before you can begin to bring it into your waking consciousness. Pick up your Instrument and try to recreate the feeling of being inside the dream. See what happens and open your mind to the feeling of the song.

I think it is very possible, one night i dreamt about being a rock star doing a show in front of a huge crowd and when I woke up I picked up my guitar and played everything I remember along with writing down some of the lyrics. To this day it's some of my best work.
