Are You A Singer Or A Songwriter?

Right now, I'm trying to find some other ways of making music, and I wanna try making it based off of lyrics. Problem is...I have extremely limited experience with singing / writing lyrics. So anybody who thinks they're up for it, post some lyrics and a general idea for the song you wanna go for and I'll grow it into an actual song. Don't worry about the genre, because I can write music to pretty much anything. I just wanna see how it goes writing songs inspired by lyrics, rather than my own thoughts.

Hmm..hadn't thought of that. I think it'd be better to have someone write lyrics, but that works too.
