pHub: DV's Exclusive Picture Hosting Site

Hey guys! I made us a site to upload pictures to. You don't need an Imageshack account if you don't have one, and you can view everyone's images. If you sign up with me, I'll make you a directory in the 'files' folder so you can upload your own pictures. Also, if you just view the files, you can see other people's portfolios and images. You can have a list of all your signatures, so you can view the ones you have and choose one to upload to DV. So, if you are an image developer, you can have a portfolio of what you make. If you are a regular user, you can save all of the signatures people make for you in your folder so you have an online backup of them all. Finally, the link! Meh, I thought I would do something. I got this idea and I figured you guys would enjoy a special, centralized DV picture site.

What exactly am I looking at here? Are you using a free host to host a site for images, or is it a service specially made for hosting images, or what exactly? More information regarding the back-end would be nice. I'd be glad to make a more user-friendly entry page for it, but I'd really like to know what we're dealing with here, first.
