Drawing a giant bird

Wow i feal intimidated comming in here (i suck at drawing, and there are production quality people in here). Anyway, (here we go...) i LOVE giant birds. Not the huge 40 foot birds i commonly see on devianart, but smaller, like around 5-10 feet tall. i had a dream on May 5th, where i met a huge 7 foot tall, cranelike bird. it was mostly grayish, but with some patches of light grey. the transition from the dark grey to the light grey was not solid (like in my MS Paint pic), but smooth. also, it's body wasn't smooth like a wading bird, but rough and feathery, like a secretary bird. ^i vectorized my MS-Paint image (before the 30 day OS9 challange), and made this, still without gradients (AutoCAD doesn't support that).^ Could someone draw my birdy again? i love my birdy. PLEASE!? EDIT: it had simmilarities to this: Spoiler for BIG picture alert: (I guess the reason why i love huge birds sooooo much is, when i was a baby, a great blue heron flew into our car and tried to eat me. I'M SERIOUS!)
