Hey, i just read a thread on here recently in which someone replied about parkour, i've heard of parkour before and thinking about it i think i would find that the best type of exercise for me since i hate going to the gym, parkour looks fun and enjoyable compared to going to the gym everyday. So i have the following questions.
1) Is parkour hard to do/pick up?
2) Is parkour dangerous in some terrain?
3) Is there any like drop in classes or groups that i could join to learn the techniques in parkour?
Besides those questions, any other information would be great, i'd love to learn a bit more about this because i think i'd like to take it up if i could get a friend interested also.
