      Tell me about SPORT!

Do any of you guys play a sport? If so what do you play and do you play for a team or anything?

After a long lay off, pre-season training has just begun for football or as the Americans would call it, Soccer!!

After a gruelling 2 and a half hours I feel WONDERFUL

I play tennis. The only team I play on is the high school team but I play almost everyday. This past spring season our team won the district and my brother (#2 on our team) won district singles and me (#3) and our #1 player won district doubles and then made it to the state quarterfinals. We do a format with 3 singles matches and 2 doubles matches so there are 7 varsity guys. We play best of 3 sets and use no ad scoring. Our district is probably the weakest out of all of Pennsylvania so beating Sewickly Academy at state doubles was pretty sweet. I've been playing for around 7 years and will probably be #1 on our team next year because we lost 5 varsity players who were seniors. I like to play alot of sports just messing around like pick up games of street football and stuff like that too. I'm also in marching band (hey thats a sport right?:p). Actually we work harder in band physically than we do in tennis.

I played basketball, volleyball, and track in high school.

Basketball was by far my favorite. I always did the tip-off at the start of the game because I could jump the highest, which is also the reason I led the league in rebounds. Basketball kept me in the best shape of my life.

I was the power-spiker and blocker in volleyball. Again, because I could jump the highest.

I did the high jump, and sprint races in track - 200m and shorter. I made it to state competition in the high jump.

ah, how I miss the sports Now the most exercise I get is walking the dog... I just can't make myself train hard without a coach pushing me to do it.

      w00t, I fence!

It's really fun. I was in Miami for 2 weeks for summer Nationals a little while ago. My days alternated between being inside all day in a convention center and being outside on the beach soaking in the sun. It was great.

O yeah I used to play street roller hockey for a summer or two in front of a friends house. Everytime a car was coming it became an instinct to yell "CAR!" and it became so ingrained that when the phone would ring instead of yelling "PHONE" I would yell "CAR" (I hate answering the phone, plus its never for me). haha those were great days. We would always fight everyday and then go back the next day like nothing happened. I guess thats the difference between guys and girls. Or maybe all the girls around here are morons. Yeah thats probably it. They fight and then hate each other even after they can't remember why.

I ran cross country in high school. Such a tough sport. You really have to keep mentally tough. After a certain point of training, its all mental. You are the only thing holding you back.

I also love basketball and soccer. They are both constant motion games if you play them right.

In b-ball I would conside myself a mix btwn a forward and a guard. I'm 6'2'' so im taller than average, but not compared to real players. I love competition and sinking the J in someone's face.

Soccer I played Midfield. I had a lot of endurance so I could run forever and lead my team from the defensive side as well as pressing the attack.
Why does it seem so hard to wake up now and see who we really are?
