      had a sudden start of high blood pressure

      Hello everybody, I am just 32 years old. I had a sudden start of high blood pressure on last month. I had sinus surgery less than a week ago. I was really surprised that the condition came on so quickly for my age. I've always had normal blood pressure, but I have some risk factors like overweight, inactivity, high sodium diet etc. I know that I need to lose weight, exercise more, try to find low sodium foods, and avoid caffeine. Do you have any additional suggestions?

      There are many health forums around, but you basically need to keep active, lose some weight, and eat healthy. Also soda gives a good beer belly.
