      Tell Me About: Making a Video

      I've decided I'm going to make a video and try and see how big it can get online.

      I want to do a shot for shot remake of the iconic music video for the classic David Bowie song, "Life On Mars?" starring me in the suit, face, hair, eye, everything.



      How would I shoot this? Lighting, exposure, background etc...?

      That really depends on what kind of camera you're using. If you have the ability to do manual settings on anything - do it. I'd suggest researching the brand of camera you have and learn anything you can about it. What do you mean by "remake"? Are you going to remake it exactly shot by shot? Or are you going to put your own spin on it?
