For once I have a good reason... Today I found out I am in AP biology!!! Has anyone taken AP courses before, if so are will they be really hard?

I'm not in any AP classes, but I'm in something kinda like one. We have two Chemistry type classes and I'm in the harder one. The other class is only doing one and two step problems which are the first two steps of our twenty step problems. I had Biology last year. You'll probably discect a bunch of stuff. All you really have to do to pass Bio is study. It's like History. Basically, you just have to know stuff.

I love history, my favorite. And I have taken biology, but I hated the teacher, didn't learn anything so I want to take it again, I am not in school..Im a homeschooled kid so it's different. If I truely work hard, I mean hard I can finish school this year and college next!!!

Teehee, sorry. Just get home schooled, the best thing is, when I am in class I can leave when ever I like and do whatever My teacher doesn't care, and she founded the school!

I like math classes. They're easy for me because I actually pay attention unlike some of my classmates who I have to re-explain the lesson too. I guess I just really understand how everything works in math. I was helping the Geometry kids with their homework last year, and I wasn't even in Geo!

I almost skipped Pre-Algebra but I was missing a few assignments and didn't make it. Now I'm in easy math classes and completely understand everything!

AP European history?!?! That sounds hard. My shcool only has about 5 HS history classes.

History was kick butt. I remember in my U.S. history class I never studied for our midterm and missed one question on the entire thing, 99 out of 100 right, no studying! I KICK BUTT. Then when I was in biology I made a 93 on that midterm without studying, I KICK BUTT. I don't remember my english score, but I'm sure it was in the 90s, english was easy. Math, I never cared for math classes, I didn't do much in math, I took algebra 1, algebra 2, and geometry. I took it pretty easy in high school, even though my school didn't have many courses to choose from. We didn't have AP classes, but we had a "vocational" course and a "university" course, I took university all 4 years. You have to take harder classes than vocational and all that fun jazz. Anypoo my courses in all 4 years included... english 1, 2, 3, 4 physical, biology, and agricultural sciences algebra 1, 2, geometry french 1, french 2 U.S. history economics, fundamentals of business, accounting world geography P.E., keyboarding, drama I don't remember my other classes, they were all easy though. ._. I wish I could go back though and take things like biology 2, and chemistry, and all that fun jazz. My school was small though, so there wasn't much of anything to choose from. We had a physics class, but you had to be at school by 6a.m., and that wouldn't work out for me. EDIT: Oh, I found my schools curriculum (I'm only posting the ones that contain my classes, there's more, but not much). I'll bold what classes I took. I loved Biology and I loved History. History isn't about memorizing facts unless you make it about memorizing facts. Analysing, interpreting, and understanding are the fundamentals to understanding history class... if you can't think or comprehend beyond the text you read you're fucked. Biology in itself is probably the most interesting out of all the sciences (for me, anyways), just because everything you learn in it is mindblowing... DNA? Like wtf dood.

I took AP Chem last year and got a 5 on the AP test. This year I am taking AP Economics, AP Physics, AP Calc, and AP English. I'm also taking Anatomy and Physiology which isnt AP but still counts the same as an AP class and Advanced CSS which is like political stuff and counts like an AP class. How hard a class is depends a lot on how well your teacher teaches and gives assessments on the material. If you don't have a good teacher, and even if you do, be willing put work on learning by yourself using the textbook, studying your notes and looking stuff up on the internet.

My biology is a horrible teacher, she's nice, but she isn't a good teacher.
