The digestive system is very complex. It may be the combinations of food/drink that you are having. For instance coffee and pop tend to help digestion a long and may lead to such things. Spicy foods also tend to cause such movements. Therefore, spicy foods+pop/coffee can be a disaster. I can't explain it all that well as I'm not a doctor but that is my general understanding.
