Yesterday i had an wierd expreience. It has never happened before and i have been lucid dreaming for a while now. As i said, yesterday i woke up about 8AM and went for breakfast. i was feeling very tired so i decided to go back to back afterwards. I was having an LD and was tired of the current landscape, so i did what what i have read online and closed my eyes and tried to picture a new landscape. But when i opened my eyes everything was black. i could hear my mom talking from downstairs but it was, i felt like i was in a conscious/dream state sort of thing. then after a couple of seconds i could feel theese vibrations that were shooting out from my back and into the rest of my body. then i would go back into an LD. this happened about three times and might suspect this is the state wich is reffered as "Sleep Paralysis" . am i right/wrong? Any similar experiences that you may have - please post here! any comments are helpful thanksss
