Problems with pain when trying to WILD or AP

Hi, I have quite a problem and was wondering if any of you have experienced something similar. For a month or two now I have been really into things like AP (astral projection) and WILD. But the problem is that whenever I try to get into SP I get this awkward uncomfy feeling in my body. I've read that that is normal, and that it is just my body testing if i'm asleep or not. But as I try to ignore it it starts hurting and I get like waves of pain in my arms legs and hands. I've tried to ignore that too until I noticed that it just kept getting worse and the waves more frequent. My suspicion is that perhaps it could be some form of RLS, but i'm not sure. Anyone else have any ideas of what this could be?

The more you pay attention to the pain the worse it gets, well thats how it works for me, I most of the time try to focus my attention at another body part and then it slowly disappears from the other location.

I've only had SP a few times, but all of the sensations would go away after like 10~ seconds and I'd sense myself inside my head.
