      Need Help! Please look!

Im going to try my first WILD tonight.

      A couple of questions

      1. How do I get from SP to the dream?

      2. How do I make dream stable? (I Know "spinning", elaborate)

      3. How do I create stuff? (I've heard contradictory stuff)

      1. Along with the SP you'll experience hypnagogic imagery, the exact nature varies from person to person, but basically there will be swirling, flowing colours and patterns sometimes strange sounds even flashes of music. Try to stay calm and just watch these images progress withotu focusing your attention on them too much. These colours and patterns will slowly start to take more concrete shapes. Just little isolated images at first, but slowly they will start to come together into combintations like little movies or animations, and then eventually into a full dreamscape. At this point you shoudl literally be able to step into the dream, just focus on moving your dream body, one limb at a time, and it will move into the draem with you being fully aware!

      2. How stable a dream appears to be depends on your state of mind, if you can keep a relaxed but focused attitude, the same kind of mindset as when you are preparing to enter a WILD you shoudl find your dream is much more stable. There are lots of tehcniques that can help stablize the dreams; spinning, looking down at yoru hands, even shouting stabilize will do the trick. All of the techniques come down to focusing your mind on the goal you want and performing a specific action to act as the trigger to making it happen. The important thing isn't so much the trigger you use but the intention of stabilizing the dream. If your mind is stable and focused then odds are your dream will be too.

      3. Again as above, its all abotu your intention and being able to direct it. You can imagien the object you want to create behind you and turn around then its there, imagien its behind a door when you open it, or inside a box you happen to see in yoru dreamscape. You can with practice even create objects directly in front of you out of thin air. The imporant thing in all of these technqiues is having a clear intention of what it is you want to create and keeping focused on that idea. It also helps if you try not to bee too specific, let your subconscious fill in the gaps (e.g. It will be much easier to create 'a red sports car' than it would be to create 'a red ferrari 911 with a black leather interior and steel rims')

Hope that helps and good luck with your WILD attempt!
