Hey there! Just want to say, a while back I asked myself, 'Why is it that when I'm flying, then I MUST be dreaming?' and the next time I dreamed of flying, I became lucid! I did this about 3 non-consecutive nights I think. It's a bummer that I rarely fly :p

Hi, You know your dream content is often heavily influenced by what you do and see during the last hour or so before you fall asleep. If you want to include flying in your dreams more often (particulary if its a helpful reality check for you) just make sure you think about, read about or watch something with people flying involved in that last hour or so.

ahh, i looked it up. interesting idea. i had assumed it was a common misspelling of affirmation.
