      Exclamation Please i need HELP!!

      last night i attempted a WILD i got to the point where i felt numb and relaxed and didnt feel like moving except no helusionations or anything passed my mind only toughts...i never entered a dream and just layed flat on my backfeeling only numb in my legs...what could i be doing wrong?
