      Sweeet!!

      I tried the whole lucid dreaming thing last March for about 2 months and i was getting decent at dream recall but i could never even get Lucid and ive never experienced the Lucidness before in my life.
      After a wile i gave up because it was just depressing and i was getting no where but i always thought about it before going to sleep.

      Anyway the other day i was about to fall asleep and i was like "fuck this i give up on even thinking about it" and around 4am i was sitting on my friends couch and i just woke up from the strangest dream and i was like whoa maybe i can jump back into that. So i was trying and it but i could tell my mind wasn't set for it. So i was looking at his orange couch and i remember how clear it looked right before i thought "Well i know im not dreaming but i suppose ill the the Reality Check just for fun". So i plugged my nose and i felt the sweet sensation of air flowing easily through my nasal passage.

      WHHHAAAAAT!! I stood up and started yelling "Im DREAMING! HOLY SHIT IM DREAMING!" and i was trying to remember what to do but i was way to excited and it blackened and i woke up with a huge smile on my face.

      This has officially re motivated me to start back up again and ill go at it harder than ever until i have a full lucid experience!

      Hahaha, congrats on the first LD. I enjoy reading about how excited everyone gets when they have it.

      Congrats! This is similar to how it happened to me, and I woke up the first time as well. Keep at your journal and daily RCs and you will surely have them more often.

      And the second time, you should be able to stay in your dream

      Congrats man!!! It's funny how things work out like that sometimes. Actually having one must be fantastic motivation. I haven't been lucid yet, but I've only been trying since September. I'll probably be just as excited as you were when I have my first one. Just think of the possibilities......

      Yeah it was the Bomb!
      Sadly though, ive already not been writing in my DreamJournal. If i wasn't so flippin lazy in the morning! :p

      And to codename
      I was honestly not as diligent as i could have been last time i tried. First i was just writing in my dream journal and it wasn't improving too much so then i just tried afternoon nap kinda stuff. I was going for WILDS but i knew that i was not experienced enough to do them yet it seemed like the best way for me. I was getting really good SP vibes but after a wile i changed to a funky home made alarm system that some dude posted on this site. It was working really well but after a wile i was just sleeping through the alarms and then i became even more discouraged.
