First dry period

im having a dry perdiod and cant seem to lucid dint tough it would happen to me anyone ahve any tip?

Do you have a memory foam mattress and drift off into pleasant sleepy nights..?

Unfortunately, my only tip is ride it out and have faith that it will end.. dry spells suck

thx for the replies guys and yes I can still remeber my dreams but I cant seem to lucid.. anymore but i think I dint practice enough those past week

Just let your body fall asleep b4 you drift off, & say to yourself, "When I start moving again, I'll be dreaming." May seem weird, but it works!

I just came off a long long dry spell.. whoa !! But now, like (*knocks on wood) everything is back, Sleep paralysis, Even my the spin Technique works again ! ya. .. . just gotta ride it out, keep lucid dreaming in the back of your mind all day, and in the morning in the front of mind... and it'll come

All you can do is just ride it out man. It sucks big time, but happens to all of us. My lst Lucid was March 18th so don't worry, you are nt suffering alone!

thx everyone I only began to lucid in january and now its like im missing something and thx nessgirl for the tip il try that and for the dream catcher hmm il keep that in mind

it's totally missing out when ya stop ! Lucid dreaming is like living another life.. . and when on dry spells.. it's like... a part of ya is gone.. is sux.. but ya, ya just gotta stay optimistic.. and do what ya can do get it back inorder

Below are the dates of my lucid dreams and the "distance", in days, between them. When the distance is 0 it's because I had 2 lucids in the same night. I had a small ld this night and I taught of myself the same thing.. the dry spell will end this night, it works if you believe in what your saying!

Hey Alca, as I was reading the post I kept thinking "this guy is on somewhat of the same course as me! First LD in January and now dryspell" BUT, your last entry puts you ahead, I think - I have had a small LD or two since, but nothing that I could really enjoy long enough.
