One thing I haven't read, but just recently in the last 2 weeks have found out, is that a lot of the time while i'm trying to start dreaming from a WILD that I actually switch over into a dream without realizing it. 2 times in the last week, I thought I was still trying to fall asleep when I got bored did a RC and was like OMG haha, no way, I'm dreaming. It literally felt like nothing had changed. This really got me last night when I was trying a WBTB and while i was trying to fall asleep and go lucid, my phone alarm when off. However, when I went to fix my phone alarm It kept messing up and wouldnt set the alarm right. I got frustrated and just went to sleep. I woke up this morning, pissed off because I had the alarm set before i went to bed. I was obviously dreaming, and had no idea that I had switched over into a dream. It felt like nothing had changed. Moral of the story, Even if it feels like you've failed.... double check

I'd also recommend RCing every time you wake up... No matter what! No matter how much you think you actually just woke up. I could have had a DEILD last night if I had done that! Also sounds like you're really close to WBTB! You'll get it really soon I'm sure.

I've done a few, it's just that I can usually tell I'm dreaming. Aka my rooms lights are on etc. I've had a ton of false awakenings recently.

I have done this before. I had my iPad set snooze when I tap on it and it wouldn't snooze. I just exited out of it and went back to sleep. My iPad woke me up again I tapped on it and it went into snooze. I went back to sleep but once I woke I realized that I just had a FA

Exactly... I really haven't seen any emphasis on this occuring. So I thought I'd bring it up for the newer people like myself.
