Some days ago, while doing some WBTB.

There, when I found out that I was dreaming, I remembered somethings that I should do in order to remain lucid:

--- Rub hands, look to the ground, touch the ground, wait calm before do anything else

First of all, I was compeled to reach the skies, but I didn't. I did exactly what I mentioned above, all for the sake of remaining lucid.

That was my mistake.

To stay calm, I decided to sit down and look at the sky. Doing this, I decided also to lay down on my back to see the clouds.

As I did this, the sky turned into black and I found my self back to bed. It was a false awakening. It was like an invitation to wake up (to lay down on your back - don't do this in a LD - it could spoil it)

If I had chosen to fly, maybe it had last longer.

So here is the point: Wait, be calm... but not so calm that you end up having a false awakening.

By the way... I forgot about spinning... I won't next time
