I finally had my first full lucid dream, in the dream I was fighting some wolves, and all of a sudden I thought, Hey! Why am I fighting wolves if this is a dream? So I ran over to a cliff and said, If I can see this rock fall all the way to the bottom of the cliff, I am in a dream. That did happen, so I went over to an elevator, which I planned to use later, and left all my dream stuff there, then I stood up on a rock and I tried to fly. I jumped of the rock and......... I fell onto the ground my face smashed onto it. I stood up and guessed that the problem was it was still my first lucid dream I can control, so I got up and I realized I could actually feel pain in my face. Then I started to jump and each time try to fall slower to help me train to fly. Unfortunately, since that's all I started doing, the senses slowly started to shut off and I started loosing it until I woke up. However when I woke up I realized that I was sleeping in a very uncomfortable position, and my face was flat on my pillow. Maybe sleeping positions actually affect Lucidity.
(Before going to sleep I was watching the Sorcers Apprentice, in a scene the bad guy creates some Wolves to chase the good guy, I know watching videos can affect your sleep, so what about watching fantasy videos just before going to sleep?)
