Which way do you guys think would be the best for someone who has to wake up early 6:00 am to go to school? I was thinking about the WILD but I think it might be diffuclut cause even if I do get about 5 to 6 hours of sleep it will be around 3 or 4 and then it would take me about an hour to go into the dream, so the dream would be very short. |

I was in the same situation about 6 months ago, i used to go sleep at around 4am (used to work till 2am) i went to sleep thinking it doesnt matter what time i go to sleep. Every morning i would wake up rarely remembering my dreams, maybe once a week....and lucidity was difficult. |
