      What Way?

Which way do you guys think would be the best for someone who has to wake up early 6:00 am to go to school? I was thinking about the WILD but I think it might be diffuclut cause even if I do get about 5 to 6 hours of sleep it will be around 3 or 4 and then it would take me about an hour to go into the dream, so the dream would be very short.

Try going to bed earlier than usual (about an hour). Then try and wake up after 5 or 6 hours sleep.

I was in the same situation about 6 months ago, i used to go sleep at around 4am (used to work till 2am) i went to sleep thinking it doesnt matter what time i go to sleep. Every morning i would wake up rarely remembering my dreams, maybe once a week....and lucidity was difficult.

Now i go to sleep at about 11pm wake up at about 8am and i remember at least 2-3 dreams a night. If im lucky i manage at least 1-3 Lucid Dreams a week.

It does help, try it out for about 2 weeks, see if you notice any changes in your REM cycles or sleeping patterns.
