Alright my own personal experience has got me thinking. I am a semi natural lucid dreaming, when I was younger I had fairly frequent lucid dreams (maybe one every fee weeks ?) and when I first got into lucid dreaming, it only took me 3 days to have my first lucid dream, then my average was about 2 a week which I really want to ge back to that. I had a dryspell in October and November 2010 that made me lose hope, so I pretty much stopped lucid dreaming. Then in January, I just tarted doing random reality checks and bam, I had a lucid dream within 3 days. Hen I had one probably a week after that but now I haven't had one since then, and I'm back into lucid dreaming. I know a technique for dryspells is to stop trying, but maybe that ia good for someone who hasn't lucid dreamt before, maybe just stopping for a few days and then expecting an ls and starting to so RCs is a pretty good method. This already exists but maybe just starting new again ia a good method? Has this worked for you? Im just really wanting to get back to 2-4 ld's a week so that brings another question, how can I do that...?
