      Question Was this SP?

      A little while ago i was trying to WILD about 6 or so hours after I fell asleep and im not sure if i entered sleep paralyses not not. I layed there with out moving at all for about 20 minutes and somthing weird happened. Suddenely my body began to feel heavy but I started feeling like i was spinning for about 5 seconds? Was this SP and is the dizzy feeling normal or no? thanks.

      Sounds like it could have been. And the dizzy feeling is normal, a lot of different things happen for people.
