      unisom and B6?

Wondering cause i never tried taking b6 in pill form before bed, i heard that it keeps you aware but that may make it hard as heck for me to fall asleep, so what do you think if you take 1 unisom pill for sleep and one 100mg of b6?
Its been about a week now since i had a dream and almost came lucid...not one dream since then and this dryspell is killing me! ha

I have regularly used B6 in the past and have found it to be quite helpful when it comes to increasing the vividness of dreams and also helping recall. B6 is especially potent if combined with choline. As far as I know, there is no reason to think that taking any of these will make it hard to fall asleep.
Maybe your dry spell is being caused by the fact that you are now expecting no dreams. Or you could just be trying to hard.
