Thread: Ingesting Calea Zacatechichi with a Smoothie

So I am new to this forum. I joined because I have been interested in Lucid Dreaming for about 4 or 5 years now.

About 45 minutes ago I drank about 250 ml's of a homemade fruit smoothie with about 1.1g of Calea ground up in it. Now if you guys have ever experimented with this stuff it is quite bitter. This is by far the tastiest way I have ever consumed the plant. Much better then tea or smoke. I chugged it in a fast 15 seconds.

Now smoothies are pretty straight forward but I will put a basic recipe:

1 part Juice ( orange, mango, raspberry, etc )
.5 part Yogurt ( any kind will do )
A desirable amount of fruit, any kind will do too ( a banana is always good )
Some Calea ( This was my first time with a smoothie, I added a gram for every 1/4 liter of smoothie)
