Don't be tricked by words. It's not quite like not caring. The opposite, the goal must have high significance to you. The point is that you don't have to become obsessive about it, you don't have to force it. You need clarity of the goal, strong intention, perseverance, patience and confidence. Just relax, clear your mind. Then state what you want like you already have it. Don't project it into the future for instance "I will become lucid every night". You ALWAYS become lucid every night. That's the attitude ;) After you've "programmed" your subconscious with repetition you can go on with your day not thinking about it, not even before going to sleep. Never question your power, feel it. And if you fail, that only means you were not ready. But you will, just trust yourself.
