Talk to a psychiatrist, therapist, or someone you trust about these feelings, they are treatable, but you should get to it before the thoughts become overwhelming. Get some help before it's too late |

I'm an old user of this site. I just logged on to say that I am in desperation. I am depressed. I am suicidal. I don't want to die. I used to find safety in lucid dreaming when I was younger, but have lost the ability and cannot get it back. Please, if anyone can help me with V-WILD/WILD... I need to have it back. I don't have much time before bad things happen. Please, if anyone can help me... please. |

Bye
I am, but it's not working. Lucid dreaming as always been the atom bomb to any suicidal urges when I was younger... and now that they're back, I have help from therapists, but I think only that atom bomb can help me. |

First of all, I wouldn't recommend using lucid dreaming as a coping method. It offers the same sort of... escapist high and relief as drugs or alcohol and because of its spontaneity, becoming psychologically addicted to it would just be dangerous. |
