      Will somebody please help me?

As you may already know im a lucid beginner i have never ad a lucid dream but i am exstremly facinated by this art so i began writing down some dreams in my journal that i bought 3 days ago and then i discovered this amazing site with great great people who sure do teach alot, yesterday i listened to a Lucid Dream mp3 for hours and hours and read a little about WILD so i decided to try it, slowly my body became numb kinda and while having my eyes closed a blue color started appearing and i was freaked out and pulled out, im randomly sometimes doing RCs such as the nose pinch and hand/finger trick, im really intrested in WILD because you get sucked into the dream and control it, incredible, but thicking right now the best thing would be to learn the mild/dild basics, so please can somebody give me a TO DO LIST so i can archive my first lucid dream and keep training so i can master this masterpiece called Lucid Dreaming.

      THANK YOU!

Well this is my attempt at a to do list for you

      1. Keep doing RC's, especially when things get weird.
      2. Keep your DJ, go into as much detail as possible for each dream, that will help you a ton.
      3. Don't give up if you aren't having sucess, the LDs will come eventually.

      Hope this helps you!

The most important part (IMO), is keeping your dreams recorded every night if you can.
I'm only a beginner myself but after a week of writing them down i started recalling multiple dreams per night.
After about two weeks i was having about 4 dreams that i could remember and write down each night.
This i believe led to my first LD, it was a DILD, and i believe this is the most efficient manner of getting your LDs down pat.
I don't do reality checks because even when i become lucid i forget to do them and don't need to because i already know that i'm dreaming.
IMO SP is only good for understanding the feeling of fading in and out of consciousness. (which is important to recognize if you're WILDn)
I'll give you a list of some tips that helped me get going >>

      1. DO NOT TRY TOO HARD! this makes sleeping much more difficult.
I find it easier to just pass out without any restraint on where my thoughts are headed.
      2. Keep recalling your dreams after you wake, even reading them later on in the day helps.
      3. Let yourself know before passing out that attaining lucidity is not difficult, even go as far as to tell yourself that you are a "pro" at it.
      4. Read up on lucid stories here on the website before you sleep, that way it's more likely you will dream of DREAMS! no joke.

After about 20 or so dreams written out, i'm sure you'll start to notice naturally the next time you are dreaming. Hope this helps!

I would try Wild technique because that seemed to work the best for me and it helps you get better at being lucid, you can have a bunch of these with out much practice. that way when you dild, you will already be good at stabilizing lucidity in your dream. =)

I could have sworn you asked the same question yesterday. There are lots of great resources (including dreamviews) to do research on the Internet. Just google 'Lucid Dreaming" .

I am trying too hard and it's causing me sleep problems because of a huge exitement from now on i wont try WILD for a bit of time and just focuse on sleeping when im tired and writing in my dream journal the Lucid Dreams will come eventually and when they do THEN i'll take up the harder WILD part.
