      Guys, tonight its my night too. Can you guys tell me steps and tips on what to do?? I want to know what to do before going to sleep and the next morning. I read the DILD tutorial, but still dont know what to do tonight.

      Try WILD, just lay still in a comfortable position till you hit SP (ignore the images you get and heart pounding all in youre head)

      Visualize a relaxing scenario while practicing deep breathing. Visualization and dreaming occur in the same region of our brains. Good luck to you!

      Guess i'll have to try again, im not using the WBTB technique, just going straight to SP or atleast trying and failing,
